Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programing (NLP) and the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) works for those fear based phobias that cause your hands to sweat, your heart to pound and your breath to get short. Intellectually you know the bridge is safe to cross, that the plane won't crash and that the audience in front of you isn't there to critique you. Logic doesn't always persist when there is a fear based stimulus-response situation presented to you.
There are two safe and effective methods for permanently and effectively eliminating fears and phobias. First it is possible to go back to the root of the problem that gave birth to the fear and neutralize it. The second method is to start with the presenting less resourceful behavior and break the stimulus-response pattern that had been developed. In both cases the negative stimulus-response pattern has been broken. The brain will not react with a fight-or-flight response but instead see the situation as a logical mind would. Hypnosis, NLP and EFT are all used to effectively create this change.
How does Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT work?
How many sessions are necessary?
To answer this question depends on the depth of the initial perceived or real trauma that gave birth to the fear or phobia. Also your sincerity in wanting and knowing that the therapy will work is fundamental to all hypnosis. Most phobias can be eliminated with between one to three sessions.
The cost is on a per session basis. The first session which is between 1.5 & 2 hours has a cost of $125.00. Each session thereafter is $85.00.

What types of Phobia does hypnosis help.
Phobias are the result of an inappropriate past experience or a lack of past experience that causes anxiety and or fear when presented with a stimulus. The stimulus could have been with snakes, flying, heights, bridges, water, night time or any number of other subjects. Because most phobias were given birth with the same formula most are treated in the same manner. The first step in treatment is to define the initial incident that activated the phobia. Once the incident is defined a systematic process is developed and implemented to neutralize the fear or diminish it's effects when in the presence of the stimulus.
